On the day that guests are scheduled to leave a property our local agent will visit the property and carry out an inspection (to include pictures and some time even film) to ensure that no damages have been caused to the property and to take possession of the keys.

Once the guests have physically checked out our team of cleaners will carry out a comprehensive cleaning and restocking of the property including full linen change, restocking of toilet rolls and other consumables etc.

When the new guests arrive they will be greeted by our agent who will show them the property, go through the inventory and obtain the guests sign off as to the condition of the property and the completeness of the inventory. Our standard changeover day is Saturday. No check ins before 2pm and checkout is by 10am Unless prior arrangement has been made.
