These builders can complete any type of building and refurbishment to a very high standard of workmanship and equally importantly they deliver on time and to budget.

Bulgarian Company Management agents will be more than happy to supervise any and all such projects on your behalf. Those people who only use their property for several weeks a year often only commence the necessary work on their property when they arrive. Any building or refurbishment work causes a significant amount of hassle and upset, so, if the owner is only staying a short time their stay is likely to be greatly disrupted.

We at Bulgarian Company Management will arrange project management and/or refurbishment on your behalf and will of course provide you with regular updates of the progress. When, you therefore, arrive you will be met with the finished product ready for your final sign off.
